This episode features Dave Goltermann. After 30 years at KI Industries, a firm with a global footprint that designs and manufactures components for appliance, automotive, and consumer products, Goltermann is now the Executive Chairman of the company. With experience in non-profit, healthcare, education, and consulting, he was able to synthesize his experiences in telling us about his own leadership development. In this episode, he goes into detail about how KI Industries develops leaders and the need for strong communication when working on a global level. He discusses what is necessary for leaders working in the non-profit sector, based of his experience as the Chairman of the National Board of Directors of the Alzheimer’s Association.

He also explains his role as a mentor for students at Seton Hall’s WSOU where he serves as the Professional in Residence.
