Passerini previously served as the Collins Distinguished Chair and Dean of the Collins College of Professional Studies at St. John's University. Passerini also served as the dean of the Albert Dorman Honors College at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She earned a doctoral degree in Information and Decision Systems from George Washington University, a master's degree in economics from the University of Rome II -Tor Vergata, a master's degree in business administration from George Washington University, where she was a Fulbright and Bank of Rome Scholar, and a combined bachelor's/master's degree in political science from LUISS University in Rome.

This episode features Dr. Chris Kaiser. Dr. Kaiser is the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Academic Affairs for the College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall. He received his Master of Arts in Education in 2000, Education Specialist in 2002, and a Doctor of Education in 2005. He is a Distinguished Member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, a part of the National Association of College Admission Counseling and serves on a committee on best practices within the Council of the College of Arts and Sciences. Among numerous other accomplishments and experiences, Dr. Kaiser leads the Buccino Leadership Institutes Arts and Sciences Cohort.
