Mohamad Mirghahari has an expansive career in the U.S. Department of Defense. He worked with the NSA after the 9/11 Terror Attacks, served as senior advisor to the Chief of Staff of the Transportation Security Administration, and was a Presidential Appointee under the Obama Administration. In this episode, he discusses his early career in sports marketing at Seton Hall, his decision to begin working with the NSA, and his work with undergraduates as an Abd el Kader Fellow. This episode focuses on the importance of purposeful leadership.
