Robin Cunningham is the Associate Dean of Freshman Studies at Seton Hall, was the first female athlete to have her number retired at Seton Hall, and was the first woman inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame among other athletic achievements. In this episode, she discusses her own career as an athlete and the role of women in leadership in the sports and education industries. This episode focuses on humility and fearlessness in leadership.
