Jack is a Seton Hall Alumni, current Professor of Legal Studies in the Stillman School of Business, and one of the founding members of the Business Leadership Program. Jack discusses the origins of the Leadership Program as well as how he and associate director Michael Reuter have been able to craft it into the #1 Leadership Certificate Program in the nation. Jack then provides listeners with his prediction for some problems that leaders should expect to face in the new digital age. Finally, Jack offers advice to young leaders who are looking to develop into great leaders.
