This episode features Kenneth Warman. He is a leadership consultant, speaker, coach, and the founder of founder of The Leaders Evolution. He spent 20 years at Prudential, serving in various leadership roles ranging from VP of Finance to COO to Chief of Staff. As the founder of The Leaders Evolution, he hopes to build and develop successful people, great leaders, and high-performing teams. Ken is a graduate of Lehigh University – he is a CPA with a CFA designation. Ken is a great friend of the Buccino Leadership Institute and a member on the business leadership advisory council.
