Host Rishi Shah talks about work-life balance and the power of human connection with Joseph Vesce, adjunct professor at Seton Hall for the Stillman School of Business. Professor Vesce has also held IT roles at companies such as UPS and Cisco and spends his spare time teaching Karate.

She acts, she directs, she's taken on public relations work for The Quarry Theater and Rosemary Brooks Bittings- she even is an event manager for the South Orange Performing Arts Center!

Episode 065 - Kelly Hall-Thompkins

This episode features Kelly Hall-Thompkins, violin soloist. Her work has been featured in over 400 Broadway performances, including being "Fiddler" on Fiddler on the Roof. She also brings chamber music to the homeless with her organization Music Kitchen-Food for the Soul. Here, she shares her experiences with her childhood with the violin and what happens when what you love is what you get paid for.

Episode 064 - Elizabeth Rauchet, Ashley Postaski, and Jaruwat Maendl

This episode features three Interdisciplinary Team Project CEOs from the Buccino Leadership Institute. The Interdisciplinary Team Projects, often shortened to IDTs, are projects formed by students in the fall to be put into action in the spring. Three CEOs share their experiences in leading a team- from the creation of the plan to its presentation at the end of the spring semester.

Bryan is the Executive Director of the Buccino Leadership Institute at Seton Hall and Audrey has served as the Podcast Director since its inception in November 2018. This is the final episode Audrey will produce and to celebrate she and Bryan discuss the evolution of the podcast and the leadership institute.

On top of all that, Joey is a Seton Hall alum and member of the class of 09.

This episode features Alan Paul. Alan is a two-time New York Times best-selling author and musician. His last two books – 2019’s Texas Flood: The Inside Story of Stevie Ray Vaughan and 2014’s One Way Out: The Inside History of the Allman Brothers Band – both debuted in the New York Times Nonfiction Hardcover Best Seller’s List.

Episode 060 - Ed Bitterle

This episode features Ed Bitterle. Ed is a Seton Hall alum and earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He has over three decades of experience working at ADP, most recently serving as the Chief Talent Acquisition Officer and has held many other leadership positions at the company. In this episode, Ed gives advice on how to succeed in the business world and grow as a leader.

Episode 059 - Forrest Pritchett

This episode features Rev. Forrest Pritchett. A member of the Seton Hall community since 1978, Pritchett is heavily involved in the African American community. He has been the assistant dean of the Black Studies Center and an adjunct professor in the department of Africana. He currently serves as director of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Program. It was in early 2016 that the office of President Barack Obama, along with the Corporation for National Community Service, presented Pritchett with the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award. The professor also won the Pirate Pride Award from 1999-2000, the University McQuaid Medal in 2003 and Employee of the Year in 2008
